SolitXcel is professional IT solutions company located in Colorado. The company was established by Hans Bakker in 2023. Hans is an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a proven track record in shaping cloud infrastructure strategy. He is adept at collaborating with senior executives, analyzing industry trends, and driving impactful decisions. Hans is passionate about emerging technologies and their impact on business growth. Hans has over 23 years experience in Software Development. He has lead Software Engineering Teams and has vast experience in Full Stack Development at the Enterprise level.
My Story
I am from Colorado and grew up in the Denver Metro Area. I am enrolled in a Federally Recognized Tribe, the Pueblo of Acoma in New Mexico. Acoma is located approximately 60 miles west of Albuquerque, NM. I spent my youthful summers on the reservation living with my Aunt and Uncle. Living and experiencing the Acoma culture helped shape who I am today.

I attended Colorado State University on a partial Athletic Scholarship for Track & Cross Country and graduated with a degree in Economics and minor in Sociology. I am currently living in Loveland, CO and enjoy spending time with my wife and family doing outdoor activities.
It has been an honor to have worked in and around the Denver Metro area for several years with some of the top technology companies. My most recent experience includes leading a team of software engineers at Echostar where we built the country’s first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. Their latest wireless brand Boost Mobile recently received a brand refresh and updated Web site with new offerings. Now, Echostar has its sights on competing in the prepaid and postpaid retail wireless market as the nation’s fourth facilities-based mobile carrier.
